The hotel offers decent rooms albeit with privacy concerns due to frosted glass effect in the toilet and odd layout of sink and drying area. The air conditioning is adjustable for comfort. The service from the management team is very friendly and helpful, assisting with local bookings. The location is superb for exploring Tenerife and enjoying coastal walks. The dining experience provides good variety, especially the themed Canarian dishes. The facilities are well-equipped.
The hotel had brilliant entertainment options during the day including pool basketball, water polo, aqua aerobics, and a foam party. The evening shows by the animation team were also fantastic with movies like Mama Mia and Tarzan, professional shows, magic shows, and tributes to icons like Temptations and Michael Jackson. The rooms were very spacious with a large balcony, clean, and offered a nice sea view.
I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic with little details like a glass jar for purified water, and the location couldn't be better, right in front of the beach. The entertainment was top-notch, and the staff, with a few exceptions, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining options left a bit to be desired, but overall, I had a great stay.
